Pariso Mince External Wall Insulation System
The Pariso Mince External Wall Insulation System, developed by ParexGroup SA (France) and distributed in Ireland by Tradecraft Ltd, is a modern ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) certified under the Irish Agrément Board Certificate 09/0342. It is suitable for both new build and retrofit applications on masonry and concrete structures.
This system offers a range of insulation types — standard and carbon-enhanced EPS, mineral wool, and phenolic boards — along with robust base coats and high-performance decorative renders, including silicone, silicate, and acrylic options. The mineral wool variant achieves a non-combustible fire rating of A2-s1,d0, making it suitable for taller buildings beyond 18 metres.
Use:
For new or existing concrete/masonry buildings up to 6 storeys (18 m).
Mineral wool variant non-combustible (A2-s1,d0) — usable above 18 m.
Not assessed for timber or steel frame.
System Components:
Insulation boards: EPS, Carbon EPS, Mineral Wool, Phenolic
Adhesive and base coats (MAITE, FACITE, UNITE, COLLE CCP+)
Reinforcing glass-fibre mesh (160 g/m² standard, 500 g/m² high-impact)
Silicone, silicate, acrylic or cement-based decorative finishes
Mechanical fixings, weather joints, fire stops
Compliance:
Meets Irish Building Regulations 1997–2019
Fire classification (mineral wool) A2-s1,d0
Supports low U-values and reduced thermal bridging
Fixings (typical):
EPS/Phenolic: 7 fixings/m²
Mineral wool: 12 fixings/m²
Additional stainless-steel fixings above 2 storeys
Installation:
Performed by Tradecraft-trained and NSAI-approved installers
Requires pre-installation survey, substrate testing, and wind/U-value calculations
Designed and installed under strict NSAI-approved procedures, the Pariso Mince system ensures excellent energy efficiency, condensation control, and resistance to impact and weathering. Tradecraft Ltd provides full technical support, site-specific design, and installer training, ensuring consistent quality from design to completion.
